ADR New Construction
The ADR (acquisition,
development, re-sale) New Construction program focuses on
acquisition and development of new units for re-sale in the
target area. HDC builds and sells new homes in the target area
that are between 1,100 and 1,300 square feet, 2 x 4
construction, 3 bedroom, 2 baths, and attached 1 car garage.

A homebuyer subsidy is
available through the program, which can be used for down
payment assistance, closing costs, and buy down affordability.
The maximum homebuyer subsidy is $30,000 (down payment and
closing costs) and a minimum of $1,000 of homebuyer subsidy
required per unit.
